Front-End Developer (Mid-Level)
We're looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to help us build fast, accessible, and visually engaging web experiences. If you enjoy solving UI challenges, care deeply about user experience, and write clean, scalable code, you'll fit right in. As a mid-level developer, you’ll be a key player on our front-end team—collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to ship new features and improve performance. What You'll Be Doing: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces-Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code-Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end strategy-Write reusable code and libraries for future use-Collaborate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning-Help ensure our applications are accessible and optimized for all users
Salary: $3,000 – $7,000/month
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Basic understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility best practices (WCAG)
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within agile teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement new features and improve existing ones
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, functional code
- Ensure technical feasibility of designs and contribute to design discussions
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
- Write reusable and maintainable front-end code using best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to project estimation and delivery
