Remote Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver an outstanding support experience via email, chat, and/or phone.
Salary: $18 - $25 / Hourly
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) is a plus
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone
- Troubleshoot product issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience
- Help develop and improve support documentation
